OLIVIA DIAZ

Olivia Diaz started at SRS Real Estate Partners in 2023 as a Senior Associate. Ms. Diaz supports the team through deal execution and business development. Before joining SRS, Ms. Diaz was with Avison Young and Stream Realty Partners. In addition to her industrial expertise, she previously supported an office leasing team for a third-party service provider.

As a natural self-starter, Ms. Diaz tenaciously pursues updated information on the market, while also building dependable client and business relationships. She is staunchly committed to achieving results for her clients and solutions that fit the individual needs of each client, as well as her dedication to business development for the industrial team. Her main areas of focus are industrial occupier representation with experience in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing and marketing of industrial properties throughout the Atlanta area.

Ms. Diaz is a graduate of Florida State University’s College of Business. Her volunteer activities include Cristo Rey Jesuit High School as a student mentor and Northside United Methodist Church as a youth basketball coach.
