Michelle Scheffler joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2023 as Vice President. As a link between the retail and industrial sectors of the SRS commercial real estate platform, Mrs. Scheffler is an invaluable member of the team currently servicing some of our Industrial clients with expanding a portion of their businesses into the fast-casual restaurant retail industry.

Prior to joining SRS, Michelle worked at Avison Young, utilizing the retail and industrial aspects of her experience with the site selection, concept development and construction of an industrial client's first restaurant, as well as managing another manufacturer's real estate portfolio of over 400 international locations totaling more than 29 million square feet. Her background includes 10 years of experience working with McDonald’s and Longhorn Steakhouse with site selection, existing portfolio optimization and due diligence facilitation and an additional 8 years in research at Cushman & Wakefield. Her experience encompasses ground-up development, research, demographics, site selection, due diligence, and client services.

Mrs. Scheffler is a graduate of Texas A&M University, Galveston. She is a member of CREW and a graduate of the CREW leadership program, in which she continues to participate as an event organizer. She and her family enjoy the outdoors and regularly camp, hike, and kayak.
