CHARLIE WILLIAMS

Charlie Williams joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2023 as an Associate. Before joining SRS, Charlie was an Associate/Project Manager at Avison Young. In his Associate role, Mr. Williams supports brokerage, land sales and construction management. He also has experience in ground-up construction through building turnover.

In addition to his industrial brokerage responsibilities, Mr. Williams is currently specializing in construction and project management for a manufacturing client starting a new restaurant concept.

Mr. Williams is a graduate of Georgia Southern with a degree in Construction Management. Outside of work, he operates a drone business serving the greater Atlanta area, utilizing aerial photography for real estate and construction purposes. He sits on the board for The Charlie Williams Parkinson’s Foundation (a local nonprofit based in Rome, Georgia). In his free-time, Mr. Williams is an outdoorsman who enjoys traveling and spending time with his friends and family.
